Did a site visit to Luxury Builder Floor Inder Realty Zone 500 41 on Saturday and honestly, I'm pretty confused. It's listed as completed, but the sales team seemed really vague about the actual carpet area versus what's on paper. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 48, thinking of upgrading, and for a ₹4 Cr property, I expect transparency. Are there hidden charges or massive discrepancies after possession? Is the price jump worth this kind of ambiguity? What did others find after moving in?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I saw this project online and got excited, but 'Rera Not Applicable' for a 4 Cr property in Gurugram? That's a huge red flag for me. How can they be transparent about carpet area when they're not even under RERA? Bahut confusion hai.
