I'm confused between Indiabulls Estate and Mahagun Group. Mahagun ka reputation kaisa hai, especially on timely delivery? Indiabulls Enigma looks good, but what about the construction quality? Has anyone experienced delays with Mahagun Mantra I? Which one offers better value for money, considering the price per sqft?
