What's the real scene with per sqft pricing at Indiabulls Estate & Club vs St Patricks Bignonia Towers? I'm looking at Indiabulls (upcoming, ₹4.20 Cr onwards), but not sure if the advertised rate will hold up after all the hidden charges. St Patricks Bignonia Towers bhi option hai. Amenities brochure mein toh mast lagti hain, but real life mein kitni use hoti hain? First time buy kar raha hoon, thoda darr lag raha hai. Which one feels more value for money for a first home in Gurgaon?
