Indiabulls Estate & Club mein resale market kitna liquid hai actually? I'm based in Dubai, can't do site inspections. Upcoming project hai, RERA compliance kya guarantee deta hai possession timeline pe? Investor ratio high hoga toh future mein exit strategy mushkil ho jaati hai, isn't it? Change my mind.

Yaar, yeh Indiabulls Estate & Club ka price range ₹4.2 Cr – ₹6.5 Cr sunke hi darr lag raha hai. Itna paisa ek upcoming project mein daalna, woh bhi jab possession 2029 mein hai? NRI ho ya local, liquidity toh sabke liye concern hai, especially for such a high-ticket property. What if the market dips by then?
