Builders bahut kuch bolte hain. Carpet area efficiency pe mera focus hai; lag raha hai bahut super area wastage hai. Amenities ki list toh lambi hai, but practically kitne useful honge? Swimming pool, gym, sab theek hai, but club facilities ka kya? Are they genuinely good ya sirf show-off? Aur neighborhood kaisa hai? Schools, hospitals kitne close hain?
