₹3.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Indian Air Lines Estate – honestly, is this price justified? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Dwarka, looking to upgrade. The properties I've seen there feel a bit dated, and the amenities aren't great. I'm eyeing a couple of resale flats here, maybe a ~1800 sqft one. It's a significant jump, not sure if the premium is worth it for the area. What's daily life actually like in Indian Air Lines & Air India Estate? I'm worried about traffic, especially during peak hours. Is it a nightmare getting in and out, or is it manageable? Also, for families, is it generally peaceful? I'm trying to figure out if this area offers a genuinely better living experience compared to, say, Vasant Kunj, which is also on my radar but even pricier.
