Checked out Indira Enclave recently for a 3BHK, upgrading for my family. Brochure looks good, but I'm really concerned about actual livability. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood with decent schools for the kids. Are amenities, like the 'kids play area', genuinely useful and well-maintained? Not sure if the ₹21L-₹4.15Cr price justifies potential compromises. What's the real community vibe? Parents living there, please share your honest experience.

My biggest worry is also the kids' play area and schools. Brochure mein toh slides, swings sab dikha dete hain, but kya woh actually safe aur clean rehte hain? Parents please help, this is crucial for us.
Totally relate, bhai! Indira Enclave ka brochure dekh ke toh lagta hai sab kuch perfect hai, but real life mein usually amenities ka maintenance zero hota hai. Sab marketing fluff hi lagta hai.
