Indiranagar infra hype doesn't match ground reality

Indiranagar area, just moved into my new flat near Ulsoor Lake last month. Abhi bhi sochta hoon, did all the recent metro extensions and road upgrades really justify the price jumps? Mera budget toh stretch ho gaya tha, honestly. I'm wondering, infrastructure development ne kitna impact kiya yahan ke property rates pe? Which specific pockets around Indiranagar, like maybe Richmond Circle periphery, saw the biggest price appreciation due to these changes? Any first-hand experiences?
