Indiranagar upgrade: Is the infra premium justified?

Honestly, Indiranagar's property scene is confusing. Metro extension ke baad prices shot up a lot. My 2BHK feels small, planning a 3BHK upgrade. Is that premium justified? Which pockets gained most from new infrastructure?

Totally feel you! My 2BHK near 100 Feet Road feels like a shoebox now, and upgrading to a 3BHK in Indiranagar proper seems impossible without selling a kidney. I was looking at some properties near Aksh

Bhai, Indiranagar ka infra premium toh ab ridiculous ho gaya hai. Metro ne connectivity badhai, convenience di, but property prices ko rocket bana diya. Meri toh budget out ho gaya hai, 3BHK ka soch bhi nahi sakta.
