Is the Indiranagar real estate premium still justified post-metro expansion? I'm currently in a 2BHK near Marathahalli and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa. Indiranagar looks great for connectivity, but yaar, prices seem crazy. I'm wondering if all the new metro lines and road upgrades have already been factored in, ya fir there's still growth potential? My budget is around ₹2.5-3 Cr, already have a home loan so need to be smart. Specifically looking at Frazer Town or Cox Town, thinking about the commute. Did these areas benefit equally from the infra push, or is one better for long-term value? Not sure if the price jump is worth it for a slightly older property there. What's the ground reality, guys?

Bhai, Indiranagar ka premium toh ab over-the-top lagta hai. Metro theek hai, but office-goers ke liye ab Whitefield, ORR areas bhi accessible ho gaye hain. ₹2.5 Cr mein Indiranagar mein 3BHK milna mushkil hai, woh bhi acchi condition mein.
Totally agree! ROI utna nahi hai jitna pehle tha. Just paying for the 'brand' now.
