Indirapuram prices are just insane now
Two years ago, Indirapuram prices felt sensible. Now they're crazy. My wife really wants a safe area for the kids. Should we buy a 3BHK now or wait for a price drop?

Dekho, current RERA data ke hisaab se Indirapuram mein average resale price 6500-7500/sqft chal raha hai for good societies. New projects toh 8000+ bhi touch kar rahe hain. 3BHK ka matlab 1200-1500 sqft, so 80 lakh se 1.2 crore tak ka budget. This is a significant jump from pre-covid times. Ghaziabad mein infrastructure development bhi tez hai, which is pushing prices up.
Hahaha, possession? Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. My friend is stuck in one project near Abhay Khand.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Aur kai builders ka track record bhi suspect hai. High prices ke saath delay ka tension alag. Thoda research kar lo builder ke baare mein, nahi toh bahut phas jaoge.

Bhai, you are absolutely right! Indirapuram ke prices toh aasmaan chhoo rahe hain. Hum bhi 3BHK dekh rahe hain aur jo rate abhi chal raha hai, usme toh Delhi mein chhota flat mil jaayega. Safety ke liye meri wife ko bhi Indirapuram pasand hai, especially Ahinsa Khand 1, but budget hil gaya hai poora. Lagta hai abhi wait karna hi padega, ya fir kahin aur dekhna padega. Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha.
Mujhe nahi lagta prices girne waale hain. Main toh 2 saal pehle Indirapuram mein invest kiya tha, tab bhi log bolte the expensive hai. Ab dekho, double ho gaya hai. Safe area hai, schools acche hain, demand hamesha rahegi.
Haan yaar, same pinch! Wait kar lo thoda. Market thoda cool down hoga, tabhi kuch sensible hoga.
