Property prices in Indirapuram have shot up. After 7 years of renting, I'm thinking of buying. Lagta hai 2026 tak aur badhenge? Is this current price rise sustainable, ya correction aayega?

Bhai, I bought a 2BHK in Ahinsa Khand II last year. Tab bhi log bol rahe the overpriced hai, but I took the plunge. Abhi toh value aur badh gayi hai. Mujhe lagta hai infrastructure development aur connectivity ki wajah se demand continue rahegi. Especially with new projects coming up, correction ke chances kam lagte hain for a while.

@U1 Don't listen to the naysayers. Indirapuram is a prime location. Connectivity to Delhi and Noida is unmatched. Plus, the social infrastructure is already established. This isn't just a bubble, it's genuine growth. 2026 tak toh aur badhega hi.
@U1 I'm not so sure. My brother bought a flat near Abhay Khand back in 2017, aur uske baad prices stagnate ho gaye the for years. Abhi jo jump aaya hai, it feels too quick. There might be a slight correction if supply increases.
