Yaar, Indirapuram mein toh haalat sach mein kharab hai. Mera friend Abhay Khand mein 2BHK dekh raha tha, jo 1.5 saal pehle 14k tha, ab 18-19k bol rahe hain. Ye toh seedha 25% se upar hai! Kya ye log aise hi badhate rahenge ya kuch stability aayegi?
