Hidden charges in Under Construction projects are getting ridiculous. I'm finally taking the plunge after years of renting, but brokers are adding all sorts of 'infra development' charges. They claim new metro/expressway near Under Construction areas justify crazy PLCs. My budget is tight. Is this normal? Anyone else facing this, especially near Sectors 7x?
