Infra project timelines are just builder fantasies

Been tracking Noida Extension for years now and honestly, infra project timelines yahan pe toh total mazak ban gaye hain. Jewar Airport ka hype toh pura hai, but FNG Expressway delays ka kya? Builders show big plans, saying areas like Sector 22-D will boom because of proximity to these, but actual completion dates toh koi nahi batata. I've seen this pattern before, promises for ROI due to 'upcoming infra' often get pushed by years. Matlab, my investment gets stuck. Is it just me, or do others also feel like these timelines are just marketing gimmicks? Kahan invest karein for real appreciation before these 'upcoming' projects actually finish? Should I wait or is there still some affordable window near these corridors?
