Peripheral Ring Road ka completion timeline toh bas wishful thinking hai, honestly. Everyone glorifies these infra projects like Metro Phase 2/3 and Airport T2 but nobody talks about the *real* delays. Devanahalli aur Chikkasanne mein properties dekh raha hoon, will these projects actually boost prices as much as builders claim? Mujhe toh nahi lagta.

Sahi pakda hai bhai! Devanahalli mein prices already sky-high hain, aur abhi tak PRR ka toh kuch pata nahi. Builders bas hype create kar rahe hain, hum jaise first-time buyers toh phas jayenge. Main bhi Chikkasanne mein dekh raha tha, but lagta hai abhi wait karna hi better hai.
Exactly! Har jagah bas "future development" bolke double price maang rahe hain. Bahut frustrating hai yaar.
