Possession was in March for our flat near Panathur, and the builder (Prestige) hyped up the Peripheral Ring Road access. Now it's June, and the road work feels nowhere near completion. Commute times are still brutal. I'm paying full EMI, but the promised connectivity isn't there. Feels like they oversell infrastructure benefits based on unrealistic timelines. Anyone else face this with projects banking on Namma Metro or the ORR? What did you do?
