Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge in Rajkot. Everyone talks about Airport aur AIIMS ka impact. Kya Mota Mava ya 150 Feet Ring Road par properties ka price sach mein badhega? Ya sab already priced in hai? Real ROI kitna expect karein?

Totally agree yaar. Rent se toh tang aa gaya hu. Lekin yeh Rajkot ke prices, especially Mota Mava side, they just don't make sense. Airport aur AIIMS ka hawa itna zyada hai ki lagta hai sab artificial hai. Real mein kitna appreciation milega, yehi samajh nahi aata.
