Noida mein property lene ka sahi time aa gaya hai kya? Seems like yeh infrastructure boom toh Noida real estate ke liye game-changer hai! Jewar Airport aur RRTS corridor se connectivity bohot improve hogi. Plus, Film City aur Delhi-Mumbai Expressway bhi hain! Commercial hubs bhi badh rahe hain. Kya lagta hai aapko, isse property prices kitni badhengi? Let's discuss!

Possession mila kya kisi ko recent projects mein? What's the average delay these days?
U20, haalat toh kharab hai. Many projects are delayed by 2-3 years, even with RERA.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. The brochure showed a swimming pool and gym, but they're still not ready after 2 years!
Overall, I think Noida is a good investment for the long term, especially with the upcoming infrastructure projects. Just be careful and do your due diligence.
Rising interest rates are also a factor. EMI will be higher now.
So, what's the consensus? Is anyone actually buying now, or are we all waiting and watching?
What about the Yamuna Expressway area? Is it a good time to invest there?
U17, Yamuna Expressway is good for long-term investment, but remember, it's far from the city center. Connectivity is improving, but still takes time.
I think the biggest advantage is for people working in Delhi. Noida is much more affordable than Delhi, and the infrastructure improvements will make commuting easier.
Prices definitely badhenge, but it depends on the location and the builder. Do your research before investing.
Be careful guys! RERA registration number check karo before investing. Many builders are selling without proper approvals.
Which builder are you guys talking about? Specific names batao, so others can be aware.
I think the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway will mostly benefit commercial properties and logistics hubs. Not much impact on residential prices, imo.
Has anyone invested in the Film City area? I'm curious about the potential for rental income there.
Sector 150 mein kaafi development ho raha hai. Anyone has any insights on the property rates there?
Last I checked, Sector 150 mein average rate around 7500-8000 per sq ft chal raha hai for new projects.
RRTS corridor ka fayda definitely milega. Ghaziabad side se bhi log Noida mein aayenge.
Mera personal experience hai, I bought a flat in Noida Extension 5 years ago. Possession abhi tak nahi mila! Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Infrastructure toh door ki baat hai!
Same here! I invested in a project near Pari Chowk, still waiting for possession.
U10, bhai, that's the Noida story! Builder-buyer relationship is a nightmare. RERA mein complaint file kiya?

Bhai, mujhe toh lagta hai abhi bhi high side pe hi hai. Already prices kaafi badh chuke hain. Maybe thoda wait karna chahiye?
I agree with U1. Infrastructure projects are a HUGE boost. But the question is which location? Some sectors will benefit more than others.
Jewar airport ke aas paas toh land rates already sky high hain! Is it even worth investing there now?
U4, depends on your investment horizon. Long term mein toh definitely potential hai. Short term mein shayad not so much.
Exactly! Entry point hi itna expensive hai, returns kab milenge?
