NCR folks, things are really heating up! All this new infrastructure coming up around Noida is seriously changing the game for housing. Seedhi baat, if you're looking to invest, pay close attention. Dwarka Expressway and the whole Noida-Greater Noida stretch are seeing some major action. We're talking more projects launching, and prices are definitely on the upswing. The metro expansions and airport projects are like rocket fuel for property values. Now is the time to get in before prices go even higher. Is anyone actively looking for a place in Noida right now? What areas are you focusing on, and what are your biggest concerns? Let's share notes!

The new metro line extension is a major plus for Noida. Makes commuting so much easier.
So, overall, what's the consensus? Is Noida still a good investment or is it overhyped?
What happened with the guy who bought the plot near Jewar? Did he sell it yet?
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. It was 5k just a year ago! Crazy.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake in my first property purchase. Lesson learned.
Is anyone considering investing in commercial property in Noida? Office spaces or retail?
My biggest concern is the groundwater level in Noida. It's already dropping rapidly. Will this affect property values in the long run?
Jewar airport is like a second chance for Noida Extension. I missed the bus the first time, not making that mistake again!
Be careful investing near the Yamuna Expressway. Check for proper clearances and land acquisition issues.
What about micro markets like Greater Noida West? Are they still a good bet for first-time buyers?
Greater Noida West is still relatively affordable, but the infrastructure is still catching up. Schools and hospitals are limited.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Expected it though.
Totally agree yaar, these builders... it's a never ending story of delays.
Seedhi baat, builders are all the same. Promise the moon, deliver nothing.
Sector 78 mein possession mila kya kisi ko? Still waiting...
U13, which project in Sector 78? I'm also waiting for possession in that area.
This infrastructure push is good for everyone, even tenants. Makes buying more attractive than renting.
I'm actively looking in Noida. Sector 150 seems promising, but the prices are already quite high. Any thoughts?
Sector 150 is good for families. Lots of green space and good schools nearby. But yes, prices are premium.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Wanted to buy in Noida Extension, but prices were already rising rapidly. Ended up buying in Ghaziabad. Regret it now.
Anyone have experience with ATS projects in Noida? Thinking of investing, but heard mixed reviews.
ATS is generally good, but check their RERA registration number and past project delivery timelines. Kuch projects delayed bhi hain.
Totally agree! The Jewar airport is a game-changer. Already seeing land prices around Yamuna Expressway going crazy. Worth investing now, before it's too late.
True that! My cousin bought a plot near Jewar last year. He's already seeing a 30% appreciation. Risky, but high reward!
Bhai, Dwarka Expressway is a mess right now. Construction is never-ending. Is it really worth the hassle?
U3, I agree. Traffic situation is terrible. But long term, it will be a goldmine. Just need patience.
Patience is key with Dwarka Expressway. But the connectivity it will eventually provide will be unmatched.
Haan exactly, Dwarka Expressway is all hype right now. Better to wait and watch.
