₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 65 sounds good, but the final bill for NKV Groups project was way more. How much extra should I really budget for stamp duty, PLC, and those 'surprise' charges? Kya kisi ko pata hai kitna upar jaata hai?

Totally relate! Gurugram mein toh yeh common ho gaya hai. Builder pehle kuch aur bolte hain aur baad mein bill kuch aur aata hai. Bohot dhoka hota
