Did a deep-dive on Inner Meadow In The Sun's numbers last week. Completed project hai, so I'm looking at actual capital appreciation figures since launch. My calculation suggests decent growth, but what's the ground reality? Resale market kitna liquid hai? Matlab, will finding a buyer in 5-7 years be tough? For an investor, exit strategy is everything.
