Did a site visit to Inspira Code Name 5 on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Brochures mein jo amenities dikhaate hain, reality mein woh bilkul different lag rahe the. Swimming pool ka size dekh ke laga, kids pool hai kya? Matlab, for 1.8 Cr, I'm fed up of seeing these misleading promises. Society ka vibe bhi thoda off laga, not sure if it's just me or if the amenities are just for show. Kya aur kisi ko bhi laga ki amenities kaafi underwhelming hain yahan? What's the point of paying so much if the actual quality isn't there?

I think the key is to look for projects that are closer to completion, or even ready-to-move. Yes, they might be slightly more expensive, but at least you see what you're paying for. This 'Code Name' concept itself feels like a way to sell something that's still very much on paper. With a 2029 possession date, a lot can change. I'm focusing on areas like Akshayanagar where some good resale options are available, rather than new launches with such long waits.
It's not just Inspira. I’ve seen this with so many projects, especially in the ₹1.5-2 Cr range. They promise the moon, but when you visit, it's just a small patch of grass they call a 'garden' and a tiny gym. And the total units are 224, that means a lot of people sharing those small amenities. It's a red flag for me.
This is why I'm so hesitant to book anything right now. Builders are showing fancy concepts but delivering basic stuff. My budget is around 1.7 Cr, and it feels like I'm constantly compromising. Is there any RERA complaint against them for misleading ads? That's what I always check now.

Same experience here! The show flat is always top-notch, but then they show you the plans for the actual amenities, and they're always scaled down. I heard Inspira's possession date is 2029, that's so far away. Who knows what the final product will look like by then? It's a huge commitment.
Totally agree with you! I visited last month and had the exact same feeling. The 'clubhouse' looked like a glorified community hall. For 1.8 Cr, you expect proper amenities, not just names on a brochure. It's so frustrating as a first-time buyer.
