Inspira Infinity

Since last year, I've noticed a shift in Bangalore's construction quality. My recent site visit, including to Inspira Infinity, highlighted this. I'm seeing more early cracks and seepage issues reported, which directly impacts resale value and increases maintenance. From an investor's view, this is a huge concern. Also, these expensive amenities like clubhouses – are they truly justifying the premium and attracting good tenants, or are they often underutilized, just driving up maintenance charges? Does anyone feel amenities are becoming more of a cost than a value driver?
