Prestige Group in Basaveshwaranagar has me stumped on pricing strategy. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. I'm looking at a 2BHK around ₹1.3 Cr. Builders often push this 'no negotiation, only spot discount' line. Is that for real? Or can you actually haggle on the base price, especially for secondary market deals in Deepanjali Nagar? Also, are PLCs and floor-rise premiums ever worth it for an investor, or just inflated costs? What's the community's take?
