Investing in Antriksh Nature: My resale reality check

The luxury segment in Noida Extension is a tricky game, especially with resale. I've invested in The Antriksh Nature, thinking it's a solid bet for capital appreciation. Project toh completed hai, amenities bhi acchi hain, but yaar, getting a good buyer for resale is proving tough. Log bolte hain luxury mein ROI acha milta hai, but actual market mein itna liquid nahi lag raha. My budget was around ₹3.6 Cr, and I was expecting at least a decent bump, but it's not moving much. I work in real estate, so I know the market ka game, but buying for myself is different. What's the real scene with resale in these high-end, completed projects like Antriksh Nature? Are others facing similar issues with capital appreciation not meeting expectations? Is the investor ratio too high here, making it a ghost society sometimes? Should I just hold longer, ya fir ek small loss pe exit kar loon?
