Investing in Hyderabad: What to look for in under-construction quality?
Visited Sattva Lake Ridge site last weekend, yaar. Fed up of renting, so finally taking the plunge. My budget around ₹78L for a 2BHK. Dekh ke laga, under-construction quality kaise judge karein? Builder ke log toh sab accha hi bolte hain, but long-term mein cracks, seepage, ya fittings ka issue na ho jaye. As an investor, resale value aur tenant attraction ke liye construction quality bohot important hai. Also, promised amenities ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein swimming pool, gym sab dikhate hain, but possession pe ghost facility na ban jaye. Kya yeh amenities actually higher pricing justify karti hain for an investor, ya bas maintenance badh jaati hai? Hyderabad projects mein aapka real-world experience kaisa raha hai regarding early signs of poor quality affecting long-term costs? Kya red flags dekhne chahiye?
