Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm stuck on Investment Hotspots. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Which 3BHK projects (₹80L-1.5Cr) offer the best deal? Kya kisi ko actual ground reality pata hai?

Agar 1.5 Cr tak ja sakte ho, Anand Vihar side mein kuch options mil sakte hain. Old properties maybe, but location achhi hai for rental yield. Naye projects mein toh shayad barely 2BHK milega. But be wary, traffic bohot ho gaya hai udhar

Property Gallery jaisa naam sunke hi red flag aata hai, agar unke projects hi nahi hain toh they are probably just lead generators or dealing in illegal constructions. Don't risk your hard-earned money based on agent ki baatein.

Totally relate! Main bhi same boat mein hoon. Loan approved hai but kaunse projects mein daalein samajh nahi aa raha. Builders sab ek se badhkar ek promises karte hain, par actual delivery ka kya? Koi specific project name batao jahan builder trustworthy ho aur value for money ho.
