I'll be honest, I thought downsizing after the kids moved out would be straightforward. We're looking for a good 2 BHK flat, low maintenance, near a hospital, you know, something manageable. But Investment Hotspots mein jo dikhate hain, woh hota nahi. Ek project mein toh unhone maintenance cost itni kam dikhai brochure mein. Ab after booking, society bol rahi it's double. Matlab, yeh hidden charges ka kya scene hai? Is anyone else facing this issue wahan pe? Yaar, yeh builders aise kaise kar sakte hain? Koi tips hai isse deal karne ki?
