₹1.3 crore for a 3BHK in Investment Hotspots? Honestly, yeh prices last 1.5 saal mein 25% se zyada badh gaye hain, yaar. I work in RE, I know the market ka haal, but buying for myself is totally different. Builders toh hamesha upar hi dikhate hain, but off the record, is this growth sustainable ya bubble hai Chandigarh mein? I'm seeing so many people buying blindly, just FOMO ki wajah se. I thought of waiting a bit, but then lagta hai I'll miss out even more. Mera budget stretch ho raha hai. Kya karna chahiye? Should I jump in now, ya rukna chahiye for a correction? Builders always say "best time to buy," but we all know that's just sales talk. Koi apna experience share karo, please.
