Investment Hotspots prices: Buy now or miss out

Honestly, I'm completely fed up with this renting cycle in Bengaluru. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so finally taking the plunge. But Investment Hotspots mein prices dekh ke darr lag raha hai. Last 1-2 saal mein kaafi upar chale gaye hain, right? Mera budget ₹80L around hai, but for a decent 2BHK, it seems tough. Matlab, should I buy now, ya wait for some correction? Kya lagta hai, will prices cool down soon?
