Investment Hotspots in Chandigarh feels like it's already peaked, honestly. I'm trying to buy my first place, and my parents keep pushing that area, but prices for a decent 2BHK are hitting ₹80L+ easily. Is there still any real ROI potential left there, or am I totally late to the party? I'm looking for something that'll actually appreciate over 5-7 years. Which specific sectors or projects within that zone still offer good value, maybe under ₹75L? Not sure if I'm just missing something obvious.
