My kids have moved out, this big ghar feels empty. Looking for a compact 2BHK in Pune, low maintenance, lift, hospital proximity. Everyone glorifies 'Investment Hotspots' for ROI, but nobody talks about the ground reality. Daily traffic is a nightmare, aur local amenities ka kya? Brochure mein sab kuch hai, but it's often just construction noise and incomplete infra. I need something manageable after selling my old property, not another headache. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree with the OP! Investment hotspot sunte hi dimaag mein traffic aur incomplete amenities hi aate hain. Bhai, yeh builders sirf glossy brochures dikhate hain, ground reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. Meri friend ne Wagholi mein liya tha, abhi tak roads theek se nahi bane hain.
Haan bhai, same experience. Builder ne possession date 3 baar extend kar di hai. Ab toh lagta hai kabhi milega hi nahi.
