Main bhi ek 3BHK dekh raha tha 65-70 lakh range mein, par possession delays aur quality issues sunke dimaag kharab ho gaya hai. OC certificate ka issue toh bahut serious hai, kaun lega aise project mein jahan permissions hi na ho? Is the resalability really that good, ya sirf hype hai?
