Investor Avenue Luxury Floor 3 mein construction quality ka kya scene hai? Yaar, I'm just so fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, thinking of finally taking the plunge. Brochure mein toh sab sahi lagta hai, but real-world mein after a year, kya cracks ya seepage issues aate hain? Aur amenities jaise clubhouse, swimming pool, woh sab actually usable hain ya bas showpiece? Maintenance charges kitne hain, aur unke against service kaisi milti hai? Koi rehta hai wahan ya kisi ka friend? Thoda real experience batao, please. Not sure if it's worth the price point for long-term living.

Totally understand your frustration, OP. Renting is a black hole! But before taking the plunge, kisi ko is builder ka track record pata hai kya? Mere ek friend ne Airport Road side ek property li thi, builder ne delivery mein bahut delay kiya tha. Tension free experience chahiye yaar.
Absolutely, track record is crucial! Jaise aapne bataya, delays toh common hain, but quality compromise ho toh poori life ki savings waste ho jaati hai. Mera ek rishtedar ne pichle saal ek builder floor liya tha Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe, uski construction quality itni bekar nikli ki pehli baarish mein hi seepage ho gayi. Builder ne haath khade kar diye. Isliye main bhi Investor Avenue ka naam
Investor Avenue Luxury Floor 3? Naam toh bahut fancy hai, but 1.9 Cr se 2.3 Cr for an independent floor sounds a bit steep, especially with 'Rera Not Applicable' written there. Bhai, construction quality ka toh pata nahi, but RERA na hona hi ek red flag hai mere liye. Kya pata kal ko koi issue aaye toh kahan bhagenge? Aur 4 units mein maintenance kaise manage karenge? Mera budget bhi tight hai, aur itni high-end property mein risk lena mushkil hai.
