My lease ends in 3 months, and I'm seriously looking at Investor Avenue Luxury Floor 3 in Mohali for my family. Kids ki schooling, safety, aur neighbourhood vibe mere liye top priority hain. Is it genuinely a good place to live daily, ya sirf paper pe achha hai? Jin logon ne possession liya hai, unka experience kaisa raha project delivery aur quality ke saath? Koi hidden issues toh nahi aaye after moving in? Schools aur hospitals paas mein kitne convenient hain? Please share your honest opinions.

Dekho, Investor Avenue ke naam se main thoda cautious ho jaata hoon. Mera ek friend Baharampur Naya mein ek project mein phasa tha, builder ne possession ki date 2 saal extend kar di thi. Yahan toh RERA bhi nahi hai, jo aur tension deta hai. 2023-06-01 ki possession date hai, but kya sabko time pe mila? Mohali mein abhi market thodi tight hai, buyer's market ban rahi hai, toh negotiating power use karo.
U9, U3 ke friend ko 1.5 saal baad mila, woh bhi bahut pressure daalne ke baad. Iss project mein bhi 4 units hain, toh individual attention mil jaati hai, but builder ki reputation bhi matter karti hai. Investor Avenue ka track record Mohali mein mixed reviews wala hai.

U3, same experience! Builder delays are a nightmare. RERA na ho toh aur bhi mushkil ho jaati hai follow-up karna. Humne bhi ek project mein booking cancel kar di thi Badshahpur mein, unka bhi RERA process mein tha.
Main toh site visit kar ke aaya tha, location wise accha laga. Schools aur hospitals paas mein hain, convenience toh hai. Quality bhi surface level pe theek lagi, but andar se kya hai, woh toh jo reh rahe hain wahi bata sakte hain. Meri family ko toh neighbourhood vibe pasand aayi thi.
Bhai log, Investor Avenue Luxury Floor 3 ke baare mein genuine feedback chahiye. Mohali mein location toh theek lag rahi hai, but 1.9 Cr se 2.3 Cr for just 4 units, that too RERA not applicable? Thoda risky nahi lag raha? Kids ki schooling aur safety ke liye main koi compromise nahi chahta. Jin logon ne possession le liya hai (since it was 2023-06-01), unka experience kaisa raha delivery aur quality ke saath? Koi hidden issues toh nahi hain?
Haan, main bhi U1 ki baat se agree karta hoon. RERA number na hona ek red flag hai, especially for a property in this price range. Plus, sirf 4 units? Bahut hi exclusive hai ya phir koi funding issue tha pehle? Quality ka pata nahi chalega aise.
Risky toh hai bhai, RERA na hone se transparency issue rehta hai. Mohali mein aur bhi options dekh lo, Airport Road waale side pe bhi kuch naye projects hain.
