₹85 lakh for a 3BHK in Sahibabad Industrial Area from SCC Builders, seen online. I'm based in Dubai and can't do site inspections easily. For investors, how much negotiation room is there, realistically? Also, for projects around ₹1 Cr, is a construction-linked plan smarter than down payment for ROI, considering I won't be there to monitor progress myself?
