Been paying rent for 10 years now, aur ab bas ho gaya. Finally looking to invest in Greater Noida, maybe around Sector 150. As an investor, my biggest fear is getting stuck with legal issues, especially with builders. How do you guys *really* check a builder's legal track record, past red flags, even for someone like Hans Group? What are the crucial title verification steps buyers often skip to ensure clear ownership for future exit options? Is RERA effective for complaints, ya bas formality hai? Any real experiences?

Bhai, Hans Group ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Legal issues toh chhodo, possession dates hi itni delay karte hain ki investment ka return toh kya, principal bhi mushkil ho jaata hai. Especially agar aap Sector 150 jaisi prime location mein dekh rahe ho. Kitne saalon se delay kar rahe hain projects, khaaskar jo Alpha II ke paas hain? Koi real experience hai kya kisi ka Hans Group ke saath?
