Did a site visit to Model Economic City. Everyone glorifies the location, but yaar, green areas are just show-off? Children's play areas also look minimal. Does it really affect resale value? Change my mind.

This is exactly my fear. What if it's all just hype and we end up regretting it later? It's a huge investment.
Dekho, current market conditions in Gurugram are tough. Buyers are looking for value. While green spaces are good, location and builder reputation matter more. If the price is right and the builder is reliable (like, possession by 2027-05-01 is confirmed), then it's fine. Don't get too hung up on just the green bits.
Same bhai, same. I felt the green areas were an afterthought. Resale value definitely depends on it, especially for families with kids. Who wants to live in a concrete jungle?
