Security systems feel like a huge hidden factor for investors. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK, maybe Northwind Sanctuary. Does robust CCTV, effective visitor management, and good guards actually boost tenant appeal or resale value? Or is it just a high maintenance cost with little return?

Yaar, Northwind Sanctuary mein security ka kharcha toh bahut hoga. Price range already ₹2.3 Cr se ₹5.3 Cr tak ja raha hai. Kya sach mein itna ROI milta hai tenant appeal ya resale mein, ya bas builder ka marketing gimmick hai jiska maintenance cost hum bharenge? I'm upgrading from 2BHK to 3BHK, so every rupee counts.
