Kokapet ki connectivity badh rahi hai, toh I'm looking at Sattva Lake Ridge. From my experience, projects with too many investors often feel like ghost buildings, especially early on. Kya kisi ko Salarpuria Sattva projects, specifically Lake Ridge, mein investor vs end-user ratio ka idea hai? Matlab, after possession, society mein kitni actual families move in versus flats jo khali rehte hain? Also, construction delays pe unka communication kaisa rehta hai? I've seen builders go completely silent, which is a big red flag for me.

Sattva Lake Ridge? Hmm, Salarpuria Sattva ka naam suna hai, Bengaluru based hain. But Hyderabad mein unke projects ki delivery timelines ko lekar kaafi complaints aayi hain. Mere cousin ne Banjara Hills mein ek project dekha tha unka, RERA deadline ke baad bhi 6 mahine ka delay tha.
Totally agree with the ghost building issue! Kokapet mein connectivity toh badh rahi hai, no doubt, but agar log rahenge hi nahi toh kya fayda? Lake Ridge mein investor ratio ka koi idea hai kisi ko?
Sahi pakde ho! Investor-heavy projects ki society maintenance bhi kharab hoti hai. Koi interest nahi leta. Salarpuria Sattva ne 1986 se projects kiye hain, but Hyderabad mein unka reputation abhi tak mixed hi hai. Delays toh common hain.
Lake Ridge toh prime location mein hai. Lekin builder delays ka darr toh rehta hi hai. RERA pe check kiya hai kya?
Haan bhai, Salarpuria Sattva ka track record thoda mixed suna hai. Especially Bengaluru projects mein. Investor ratio ki baat, mere ek friend ne Ameerpet mein ek project liya tha, 60% flats khali the 2 saal tak. Bahut akela feel hota hai.
