Sector 153, I've been eyeing Essential Homes there. Honestly, even working in real estate, buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Prices feel super steep everywhere now, especially with the Jewar Airport factor. Is there any real price correction in Greater Noida, or are we just seeing inflated numbers across the board? I'm talking about genuine underpriced assets, not just advertised discounts. Where can you *still* find some value or negotiation leverage? My budget is around ₹1.5Cr for a 3BHK.
