Golf Course Extension mein Signature Global Proxima mein investor ratio kitna hai? Suncity Vatsal Valley mein bhi yeh issue hai kya? End-user experience kaafi affect hota hai, I'm finding.

The worst part was, half the building was empty for ages because investors just bought and held. Amenities were barely maintained and security was lax. Abhi bhi lagta hai galti kar di.

Signature Global ka track record kaisa hai overall? Suna hai 2014 se hain aur HQ Gurgaon mein hai, toh kuch projects toh time pe deliver kiye honge? Ya sirf launch-and-forget type hai?
Signature Global ne kuch projects time pe diye hain, especially affordable segment wale. Par premium ya mid-segment mein delays dekhe gaye hain. RERA website pe unke projects ka status check kar sakte ho, wahan saari details mil jaati hain.

Sahi pakde ho! Suncity Vatsal Valley mein bhi same scene hai. Builder ke liye toh sirf numbers hain. Hum jaise first-time buyers ko baad mein problem hoti hai society maintain karne mein ya jab resale karni ho. Golf Course Extension mein ye common problem hai.
Haan bhai, Proxima mein toh rentals bhi mushkil hain, investors kaafi hain. Bahut saare units khali pade hain.
