Is Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mostly investor-owned now, or are end-users actually living there? I'm looking at it for long-term rental income, but worried about a ghost society vibe affecting future resale. What's the real occupancy like? Is it tough to find tenants, or do properties move fast when listed? My current 2BHK in Rajkot is mostly owner-occupied, so this is a big concern.
