3 site visits and still confused. Wave Veridia ka possession kab hoga, nobody tells clearly. My wife worries about the society mix, kahin poora investor wala na ho. Panchsheel Pebbles completed hai but wahan maintenance issues sunne mein aaye hain. Kids ke school ke paas safe community chahiye, not some ghost town. What's the real ground reality?

Totally agree on the investor ratio part. It's a huge concern for liveability, especially with kids.
Bhai, same confusion with Wave Veridia. They showed me the 2021-06-30 date on paper, but site visit pe kuch aur hi lagta hai. Investor ratio ka point is so valid, especially for families. Nobody wants to live in an empty building or a ghost town that's only alive on weekends.
