₹96.20 lakh for a villa in Investor Signature Villa Phase 2 feels like a huge amount, but I'm just so fed up of renting now. My landlord just hiked the rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Everyone glorifies the 'luxury amenities' in these projects, but nobody talks about if they're actually useful for daily life. Are the pools and clubhouses just for show? Or do people actually use them, ya know? I really need a genuinely good home, not just fancy brochure pics. Change my mind if I'm wrong about the amenity hype.
₹96 lakh for a villa in Investor Signature Villa Phase 2 caught my eye. Builder ka past track record check karna zaroori hai. I recently found out their delivery timelines have been inconsistent. This makes me wonder about future capital appreciation and resale liquidity. Any hacks for really digging into an ongoing project ka actual delivery potential? Hope this helps others research better.
Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Last year around this time I was so confused between Investor Signature Villa Phase 2 and Supertech Neerajanil. Ultimately went with Investor Signature, got possession in March. Honestly, builder ka track record bahut dekha tha. Neerajanil ke construction delays sunke bahut darr lag gaya tha, aur ab jab andar aake dekha toh samajh aaya ki under-construction ka gamble kitna real hota hai. My friend took a flat in Neerajanil, still waiting for possession, aur builder bas dates pe dates de raha hai, no clarity. Possession status is such a big deal, I wish I'd stressed this more. Even in Investor Signature, amenities kaafi time laga setup hone mein, like the gym was promised by handover but took another month. Is this normal for new societies? Ya sirf mera hi experience aisa raha hai with builder commitments?
