Did a site visit to Legacy Celino last week. Project looks good, but I'm really concerned about construction quality post-possession. Cracks, seepage, fitting issues after a year – how much do these actually hit resale value or tenant attraction? My parents keep saying cheap quality means high maintenance later. Is it even worth it for an investor...?

Totally relate to this! My biggest fear as a first-time buyer is getting stuck with a property that becomes a money pit later. Legacy Celino ka price range bhi ₹1.7 Cr se ₹2.8 Cr hai for just 24 units, which is quite high. If quality is an issue, investment ka kya fayda?
Exactly! I'm looking in the Aavalahalli area and facing similar dilemmas. Builders promise the world before sale, but after possession, it's a different story
