Investor's dilemma: Are amenities worth the premium?
Are the clubhouses and sports facilities in Noida Extension really pulling in tenants, or are they just a marketing gimmick? I'm looking at Highflown Golden City and others, but from my experience, many grand amenities often become ghost facilities, adding to maintenance without boosting rental yield much. What's the real story with maintenance charges there too? Do they actually deliver good service quality for the high fees? And how are the security systems? Good CCTV and guards or just for show? Trying to gauge actual value for a calculated risk, not just brochure promises.

Bhai, amenities ka chakkar toh sabko pata hai. Highflown Golden City ka naam sunke laga tha kuch alag hoga, but ghost facilities ka dar toh hai hi. Aur ye 2013 ka possession date? Maintenance charges kitne hain aur service quality kaisi hai? Security ka bhi batao, sirf dikhawa hai ya solid hai? Investors ke liye ye sab janana bahut zaroori hai.
