Investor's dilemma: quality, amenities, future value?

Since last Diwali, I'm exploring Hyderabad properties for investment, like Sattva Lake Ridge. Investor hoon, so construction quality ka long-term resale value aur maintenance pe kya impact hota hai? Amenities, jaise clubhouse, kya sach mein tenant attraction badhate hain ya bas extra cost hai?

Sattva Lake Ridge? Naam toh accha hai, but 2028 tak wait karna bohot lamba time hai yaar. First-time investor hoon, thoda nervous feel ho raha hai. Kya itna wait karna worth it hai future value ke liye?
