posted on 4 MayInvestor's dilemma: Radhey Krishna Apartment, should I commit?
Okay I'll be honest — I work in real estate but buying for myself is a different ball game. I'm eyeing Radhey Krishna Apartment in Noida for investment. It's completed, which is a plus, par builder ka overall track record kaisa hai? Kya delivery history on point hai? Also, investor-to-end-user ratio ko leke thoda concerned hoon. Ghost society toh nahi ban jayega, right? Rental yield aur resale pe impact aata hai. Any info on the actual RERA status ya OC mein koi issue? Should I commit?

Completed project hona toh bahut bada plus
Bhai, Radhey Krishna Apartments ka naam suna hai, but builder ka track record utna solid nahi hai. Completion toh 2017 ki hai, par maine suna tha finishing mein issues the. Aur haan, 40 units mein se kitne log actually rehte hain, yeh check karna padega. Investor-heavy projects mein yahi risk hota hai, rental yield ka. Budget 25-45L hai toh aur options bhi dekh sakte ho.
